Cumberland Dance Companies 2015-2016 Policies
Tuition:
$120 per class per student for Cumberland Residents for a full year. (Note: There is *NO* registration in January. All students must register on August, 19th, 2017.)
Parents will have the option to make a full one-time payment of $120 at registration on August 19th. They also have the option to make a half payment of $65 at registration on August 19th and make a second installment of $65 in January 2018. Price based on $120 per student per class if paid in full and $130 per student per class if paid in installments.
Attire:
Each student should arrive to class with the correct shoes (pink ballet, black tap or black jazz) and wearing clothing that allows them to move around without restriction (leggings and yoga pants are acceptable; NO JEANS). All students must have their hair pulled back neatly off of their face in a pony tail.
Cancellations:
In case of inclement weather, check the website, Facebook, or RIBA for cancellation notices.
Attendance:
It is important that the student attends every class. Irregular attendance without good reason will jeopardize a student’s participation in the recital. Students should be picked up PROMPTLY at the end of class.
Recital:
Our annual recital is held on Sunday March 11, 2018 at Stadium Theatre. It is not mandatory to participate, however, most students do. Students participating in the annual recital are required to purchase a costume.
Information:
We often pass out fliers to keep you informed as to what is happening at Cumberland Dance Company. Please check your dancer’s bag weekly, and the bulletin board to be sure you are up to date. Also, stay informed by checking our website and Facebook.
Food or Drink:
Food or drinks are permitted. You may have snacks in the studio, but please dispose of your trash properly. There are breaks for water approximately at the half way point of class.
